By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Service Description
Morabito Creative Group offers a range of creative and production services, including but not limited to branding, graphic design, marketing, video production, and content creation. All branding (logo and color palette), images, website copy, language, and/or any other assets MUST be provided before any work can begin. Each project will be completed in the stated turn-around time once payment and assets have been received. Each project is eligible for one round of revisions at no additional charge. Additional revisions can be made for an additional charge. Morabito Creative Group, LLC is not responsible for any changes once the final project has been delivered.

Payment
Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the specific agreements or invoices provided to you. Failure to make payment according to the agreed terms may result in service interruption or termination.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services, including but not limited to designs, content, and concepts, shall remain the property of the client, but Morabito Creative Group, LLC reserves the right to use any completed project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client's Responsibilities
You agree to provide any necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the successful provision of services within agreed-upon timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information provided to us.

Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by you. You agree that we may use non-identifiable information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with any specific agreement terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Morabito Creative Group shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Morabito Creative Group, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey.
